5 sessions for $497 (normally $650) In this package of five sessions, in my practice or online, we will laser in on identifying what the immediate stumbling block is to your being a mindful and present parent or teacher. Take Five to Thrive will revitalize your connection to yourself and your needs. You will learn effective tools to apply in stressful situations, so that you can respond from a calm center and be the parent or teacher you want to be. *All five sessions must be completed within six months.
